i office Plus (package com.iofficeplus.app) is an internal document-workflow and office-administration application published by the Ministry of Finance, Lao PDR. It is intended for authorised Ministry staff and approved partner personnel only. An account must be approved by an organisation administrator before the application can be used.

The application requests a permission only at the moment a feature needs it, and every feature that requires one can be declined.

We use a small number of processors. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. The application contains no advertising and does not access the device advertising identifier.
Application data is processed on servers operated on behalf of the Ministry of Finance by its contracted technology provider, AIDC TECH SOLE CO., LTD. The servers are hosted in the Amazon Web Services Asia Pacific (Singapore) region. Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of carrying out the official administrative functions of the Ministry of Finance. The technology provider processes data only on the Ministry’s instructions and may not use it for its own purposes.
Official documents, approvals and electronic signatures processed through the application are government records and are retained in accordance with the Ministry's records-retention obligations, independently of any individual user account. Account and profile information is retained for as long as your account is active. When you leave the Ministry or ask us to delete your account, that information is removed under the procedure described in Account and data deletion; the official records themselves remain, for the reason given above.
You may correct your profile information inside the application, decline any permission, and request that your account and associated personal data be deleted. See Account and data deletion for the procedure and for what can and cannot be deleted.
The application is a workplace tool for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users inside the application.

ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลถูกประมวลผลเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการปฏิบัติภารกิจทางราชการของกระทรวงการเงิน ผู้ให้บริการเทคโนโลยีประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของกระทรวงเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถนำไปใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ของตนเองได้
เอกสารราชการ การอนุมัติ และลายเซ็นอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ผ่านระบบถือเป็นเอกสารของทางราชการ และถูกเก็บตามระเบียบการเก็บรักษาเอกสารของกระทรวง โดยไม่ขึ้นกับบัญชีผู้ใช้รายบุคคล ส่วนข้อมูลบัญชีและโปรไฟล์จะถูกเก็บตลอดที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่ เมื่อคุณพ้นจากกระทรวงหรือขอให้ลบบัญชี ข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะถูกลบตามขั้นตอนใน การลบบัญชีและข้อมูล ส่วนเอกสารราชการยังคงอยู่ด้วยเหตุผลข้างต้น
คุณแก้ไขข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ได้ในแอป ปฏิเสธการให้สิทธิ์ใดก็ได้ และขอให้ลบบัญชีพร้อมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ ดูขั้นตอนและข้อจำกัดที่ การลบบัญชีและข้อมูล
แอปเป็นเครื่องมือทำงานสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็ก และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปีโดยเจตนา
หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสาระสำคัญ เราจะปรับวันที่ด้านบนของหน้านี้ และแจ้งในแอปตามความเหมาะสม
